
Collin Bogener is a Redding native, who focuses his area of practice on real estate, business, and municipal law. He presently holds the title of City Attorney for the Cities of Anderson and Corning and represents many special districts in the north state. In the representation of these public entities, Mr. Bogener provides counsel on the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, the Political Reform Act, the Public Contract Code, and various other laws pertaining to government operations. His business and real estate practice includes both transactional works, as well as taking disputes to trial if resolution between parties is not possible.
Mr. Bogener has received the Rising Star designation in Super Lawyers Magazine for the years of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. This designation is given to no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in the State of California that are under the age of 40 or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Mr. Bogener is a member of the State Bar of California, and licensed to practice in Eastern District, Northern District, and in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He was a Board Member of the Shasta-Trinity Counties Bar Association from 2012 to 2015 and held the title of President in 2014. He is a graduate of Leadership Redding, class of 2017, presently sits on the Board of the United Way of Northern California and is a member of Redding East Rotary. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, daughter, Piper, and supporting the northern California area through various events.
