Aaron W. Moore is a partner at the firm with an emphasis on business and real estate law. He began his career in general civil litigation and has experience in a variety of topics, including employment, trust litigation, and transactional work including business formation, contracts, sales/acquisitions, and real estate development. Aaron’s unique experiences have assisted in developing a practice involving a blend of transactional work and litigation which allows him to provide practical guidance in both planning to avoid costly litigation as well as aggressively litigating when necessary.

Additionally, he studied business transactional work at the University College London and Notre Dame before becoming admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.
